1. Who is responsible?
The controller is Sven Majeric, who operates the CyberDiv4 music project under the label name Cyberslop Records.

2. Visiting this website
The website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. To deliver pages and files, the hosting service processes connection and request data, including your IP address, access time, requested resource, browser and operating-system information and, where transmitted, the referring page. These data also help detect errors and protect the service.
For its Web Hosting service, IONOS describes anonymised visitor logs with a retention period of eight weeks. See IONOS information about hosting data. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in delivering a stable, secure website.
3. Music, videos and visual effects
The artwork, fonts, audio previews, video teasers and animation files are served from this website. Playing a preview requests the corresponding media file from our host. The audio visualiser analyses playback locally in your browser; it does not access your microphone or upload audio analysis.
The effect selection, player controls and CyberJungle Run game use temporary page state. Game scores are not uploaded and are not stored as a persistent visitor profile. Closing or reloading the page resets this state.
4. Cookies and browser storage
The public music pages do not currently use advertising cookies or third-party audience-tracking scripts. WordPress uses necessary authentication and session cookies when authorised administrators sign in. Complianz manages consent settings when optional services requiring a choice are added. Necessary storage supports an explicitly requested function under § 25(2) TDDDG; optional storage requires consent under § 25(1) TDDDG.
WordPress also keeps a technical emoji-rendering compatibility check in your browser’s session storage, under the key wpEmojiSettingsSupports. This temporary information helps the browser display characters correctly and is cleared when the browser’s page session ends.
At present, the site has no embedded YouTube player, public account registration, comments, newsletter subscription or public contact form. WPForms is installed for possible future use, but installing it does not submit any visitor enquiry. We will update this notice when the site’s processing changes.
5. Contacting us
If you email us, we receive your email address, the message, any name or attachments you provide, and delivery information. The contact link opens your email application. Our email service is provided by IONOS; WordPress system messages use the site’s mail integration.
We use enquiry data to respond under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, or Article 6(1)(b) for a contractual request. We retain correspondence while needed to resolve the matter and any applicable retention or legal-claim requirements. Please send only information relevant to your enquiry.
6. External links
Links to HyperFollow/DistroKid, YouTube, Instagram, X and music stores take you to other providers. Those services receive a request when you follow their links and apply their own privacy policies. The social links and release buttons on this site are ordinary links, not embedded social feeds or store players.
7. Publishing to social platforms
We use our own internal tool to publish CyberDiv4 content to our accounts on Instagram (Meta) and TikTok. The tool only accesses accounts that belong to CyberDiv4; access tokens are stored locally on our team’s computer and are never published. We do not collect or store personal data of other users through these platforms. The platforms’ own privacy policies apply when you interact with our content there.
8. Administration and backups
WordPress stores administrator account and security information for site maintenance. Access is restricted to authorised accounts. Backups contain website content, settings and administrator data; they support recovery from errors or data loss. The backup schedule retains seven daily database backups and four weekly file backups on the hosting account. Backup access is restricted to administrators. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, for secure operation and recovery.
9. Your rights
Subject to the relevant conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your situation. Consent can be withdrawn for the future without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may complain to a data-protection supervisory authority, particularly where you live or work or where you believe an infringement occurred. The German federal and state authorities provide contact information. We do not use your visit for automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
