1. Who we are

CyberDiv4 is a music project by Sven Majeric, released under the label name Cyberslop Records. Contact details are listed in the imprint.

2. AI-made content

CyberDiv4 is an AI virtual artist. Music, vocals, images and videos are created with generative AI tools and are selected, edited and published by a human team. We label this content as made with AI on our website and on social platforms.

3. Using this website

You may browse the website, listen to the previews and watch the clips for personal, non-commercial purposes. Press materials from the press kit may be used for reporting about CyberDiv4. Any other copying, redistribution or commercial use of music, artwork, logos or videos requires our prior permission.

4. Publishing tools

CyberDiv4 Publisher is an internal tool of the CyberDiv4 team. It connects only to social media accounts that belong to CyberDiv4 and uploads content created by the team. It does not offer accounts to the public and does not access other users’ accounts. How data is handled is described in the privacy policy.

5. External links

This website links to streaming services and social platforms. Their own terms and privacy policies apply there; we are not responsible for their content.

6. Liability

We provide the website with care but cannot guarantee that it is always available or free of errors. Statutory liability for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health remains unaffected.

7. Changes and applicable law

We may update these terms when the website or our tools change; the date above shows the current version. German law applies, to the extent this does not deprive consumers of mandatory protection under the law of their country of residence.
